I am Sari Sole, the name I embrace as an abstract artist, but at my core, I am Sara Spaggiari—a painter, writer, and psychologist. My journey with art began ten years ago when I picked up a brush to explore the depths of my inner world. What started as a passion quickly became my voice—a raw, unfiltered expression of who I am.

 

Since I was a little girl, I was told I was "too much"—too sensitive, too emotional. Even now, I feel emotions deeply, experiencing life in extremes. When it’s good, I shine; when it’s bad, I retreat under the roof of my vulnerability. My paintings are born from this intensity—a reflection of my fragile yet powerful self.
